- Minimum 4 hour staff fee/hr
Executive Chef $200 + $50 per partial or full hour after 4 hours
Cook $160 + $40 per partial or full hour after 4 hours
Server $140 + $35 per partial or full hour after 4 hours
Items include: cutlery, plates, bowls, mugs, saucers, glasses, serving utensils, cloth napkins, etc.
- Missing or damaged items will be charged $5 per item.
Note: Disposable tableware is also available (ie, paper plate, paper cup, plastic cutlery, paper napkins)

FOOD PREPARATION / SERVING DISHES:
Chafing Dish with stand, lid, water pan, fuel $35
- Missing or damaged parts of chafing dish will be charged $50
Wooden Cutting board $10
- Missing or damaged boards will be charged $20
Serving Bowl / Plate or Coffee / Tea Pitcher $5
- Missing or damaged serving items will be charged $10
Garbage pail with bag $10
- Missing or damaged pails will be charged $20
NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES:
Assortment of pop, juice and water $3/beverage
Coffee or Tea $3 per person
DELIVERY / MILEAGE:
For any food orders that need to be dropped off or dropped off, set up and served at your location:
In Collingwood $10
In surrounding areas (ie, Blue Mountains, Wasaga Beach, etc.) $30
Outside surrounding areas (ie, Meaford, Thornbury, Elmvale, etc.) $50
Out of Town (ie, GTA, Muskoka, etc,) $100
For any out of town catering orders a hotel charge will be applied.
Orders are subject to a 15% gratuity on the total invoice if the food is slated for drop off or pick up.
If onsite service is desired, the gratuity will be $18% of the total invoice.
